HOW TO USE
As a dietary supplement, take up to eight weeks before discontinuing for a minimum of four weeks. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Mix one (1) scoop with 8-10 ounces of water 20-30 minutes prior to training. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 scoop with 4-6 ounces of water. Do NOT exceed one scoop in a 24 hour period.
