A: We strongly advise you to follow the recommended daily intake.

 

Q: Will I lose weight if I´m not exercising?

A: In order to achieve the best results, we recommend to adapt lifestyle (nutrition, physical activity). Our products support your efforts but shouldn´t be considered as a replacement for healthy lifestyle. However, it is not necessarily required to exercise and workout in order to achieve results with our products.

 

Q: What if I miss a day when using supplements?

A: Don’t worry, missing one day won’t ruin your progress. Just get back on track and continue taking your supplements.

 

Q: Can I have a sample?

Q: Is overnight shipping possible?

A: Overnight shipping is available to residents of the United States only and all applicable fees will be charged prior to shipping.

 

Q: Why are my tracking links not working?

A: Your tracking links may take up to 48 hours to be activated. Please be aware that in most cases you will receive two tracking links. One is for your international shipping and the second one is your country´s tracking, which will only be activated as soon as your package reaches your country. For exceptions please read our shipping policy.

 

Q: What is the “subscribe & save” option?

A: If you wish to receive your product automatically every 25 days with a discount, you may sign up to the subscribe and save option. Your order will be charged to your account and your product shipped automatically. That way you always have your product available for continuous intake!
