Emily Gardner
Emily Gardner is a 22-year-old NPC figure competitor and certified personal trainer. She constantly pushes herself to be more, and do more through training. “I always expect more from myself. If your goals don’t scare you, they’re not big enough.” She’s put in plenty of physical work, but also contributes her success to the unwavering support of her coach, family, and friends. “They’ve guided me, kept me grounded, and pushed me farther than I thought possible.” Coming from a strength and conditioning background, Emily enjoys training like a true athlete. “I believe in incorporating all types of training, to not only keep things interesting, but also develop my body the most effectively.” When choosing her supplements, Emily carefully considers the ingredients, and the dosages she is taking in. Ultimately, Emily wants to be able to use her personal training certification to work at an international fitness retreat or resort. “I want to share my passion of fitness, while also traveling around the world.”
